Born in 1965. A native New Yorker. Kluger is influenced by various great writers/artists including Bukowski, Kerouac, Hemingway, Melville, Dostoyevsky, F. Scott Fitzgerald, Conrad, Salinger, Fante, Bill Tush, Edward S. Barkin, Picasso, Warhol, Dubuffet, Nam June Paik, Hugh Macleod, Eric Payson, Soutine, Modigliani and Seurat —to name a few. A proud dad and terrible golfer, Kluger’s flash fiction, short stories and artwork/“Dreck” can be found in books, literary magazines/outlets
